REDEVELOPING DOWNTOWN TRUCKEE
The East End brings to life a longtime vision to redevelop the old Truckee Railyard site. Designed with a sense of community, walkability, and attention to every detail, The East End follows the goals and guidelines outlined in the Truckee Railyard Master Plan. The project will connect much-needed residential housing and retail directly to Truckee’s historic downtown core. The East End is designed to be uniquely “Truckee” in every way while also providing desperately needed housing directly adjacent to the downtown core.
