Housing is an issue that is top of mind in communities across the country. And here in Truckee, the lack of housing has reached a critical tipping point. While no single project can solve the total community need, The East End does address several components of the types of housing needed here, including both for-sale and for-rent residential options. 

The East End features a wide diversity of product offerings both in style, size, affordability, and functionality – but also offers one constant throughout. The East End will be distinctly “Truckee.” The project is being designed to fit a mountain lifestyle with logical, livable floorplans, walkability, public parks, and open spaces.


The East End has three distinct properties: Creekside Village, Heritage Village and The Landing.


In addition to the residential offerings, The East End will include 22,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space fronting Church Street and Donner Pass Road located within The Landing and Heritage Village. We have every intent to bring local businesses into these spaces – creating an extension of Truckee’s unique and locally focused downtown commercial corridor. There will be space for sidewalk cafes, small stores, and boutiques.
