The Landing is designed to fill the needs of local workers looking for rental housing that fits with our local mountain lifestyle and is within walking distance of downtown Truckee. With retail and restaurants on the street level, there will be 141 studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units available. The Landing is intended to help address the housing needs of Truckee’s “missing middle” – workers who fall within the “moderate to upper middle” income ranges but are unable to find available housing in the region.
